About Badass Tea Co

I founded Badass Tea Co. after my heart valve surgery, during a season when recovery felt uncertain and every day required courage I didn’t know I had. I struggled with trusting my body again, with managing fear, and with navigating the emotional side of healing that no one prepares you for.

During that time, tea became part of my daily support system. Not as a cure — but as something steady and grounding I could rely on in the quiet moments between appointments, worries, and the unknowns of recovery.

That experience shaped everything I now create.

We believe tea can be a meaningful tool for wellness — offering comfort, steadiness, and support through the many transitions of life. Our blends are intentionally crafted to help women feel calmer, more centered, and gently supported throughout the day.  We’re here for women who are:
